Withdraws
- To cash out money from your Sci-Fi-Casino account, click on the "CASHIER" button in the lobby.
- Click on "Withdraw".
- Choose one of the cash out options at the Cashier.
- Fill in the required information.

- All withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the date of the request. Same day payouts are available weekdays for withdrawals under $500, requested before 12pm EST.
- You may request as many withdrawals as you wish in any given month but only one withdrawal can be processed per day.
A player may cash out a maximum of $10,000 dollars per 30 day cycle. However, please note that the casino reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or security checks until the reception of all the required documents. Due to banking procedures and casino policies, when withdrawing large sums of money the casino may opt to send your winnings in installments. -
For your online safety, Sci-Fi-Casino requires you to fill out a Security Form when requesting a withdrawal. You must also send us a copy of your ID and a copy of a recent utility bill with your current address on it. If you have deposited by credit card, please enclose as well a copy (both sides) of the credit cards you have used.

These documents are requested one time only and subsequent withdrawals will be processed with no delays (unless a new credit card is used).
If your withdrawal requires a Security Form, the withdrawal can be cancelled and returned to your account if the documents are not been received within 3 days. - Please allow 24 hours for the Security Department to review the withdrawal and documents (if required) related to it.
- In the event that there are high withdrawals on hold for a particular withdrawal method, you may be asked to change withdrawal methods for faster payment, or the withdrawal may be delayed for a few days.
- All deposits must be wagered at least once before cashing out.
- A player may request any withdrawal method offered, regardless of their deposit method.
